1. About the App
ChicClique is a fashion shopping application developed by ChicClique. The app provides access to our online store at chiccliquestore.com through an in-app browser, along with push notification features and automatic version management.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Data you provide directly
When you browse and shop through the app’s built-in browser, you may provide:
- Name, email address, and password (account registration)
- Shipping and billing address
- Payment information (processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store your full card details)
- Wishlist items and shopping preferences

The app does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar, photos, files, or any other device sensor or storage beyond what is listed above.

4. Third-Party Services
The app uses the following third-party SDKs. Each has its own privacy practices:
4.1 OneSignal (Push Notifications)
OneSignal is used to deliver push notifications to your device. It collects your device push token and subscription identifier. You can opt out at any time by disabling notifications in your device settings.

4.2 Firebase (Google)
We use Firebase Remote Config to manage the minimum supported app version. Firebase may collect basic diagnostic data as part of its operation.

4.3 WooCommerce / chiccliquestore.com
The shopping experience is powered by our website at chiccliquestore.com, loaded inside the app’s built-in browser. All shopping data (account, cart, orders, wishlist) is governed by our website’s own terms and privacy policy. No shopping data is stored by the app itself — it lives on our secure web servers.
5. How We Use Your Data
- Provide and maintain the shopping experience through the app
- Keep you logged in to your account across app sessions (via cookies)
- Send you relevant push notifications about orders and promotions
- Detect when a critical app update is required and prompt you to upgrade
- Show an offline error screen when there is no internet connection
- Improve app performance and diagnose technical issues
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party services listed in section 4 (OneSignal, Firebase), solely for the purposes described above. We may also share data with legal authorities when required by applicable law.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
- Cookies and session data — stored locally on your device. Cleared when you log out or uninstall the app.
- Push notification token — retained by OneSignal while you have the app installed. Deleted when you uninstall or revoke notification permission.
- Account and order data — managed on chiccliquestore.com. You can delete your account by contacting privacy@chiccliquestore.com.
8. Data Security
- All communication between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- Cleartext (unencrypted HTTP) traffic is blocked at the app level
- Payment data is processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers
- Push notification tokens are stored securely by OneSignal and are not exposed to third parties
9. Children’s Privacy
The ChicClique app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your country of residence, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Opt out of push notifications at any time (device Settings → Notifications → ChicClique)
- Withdraw consent for data processing
- Data portability
