Return & Exchange

All orders can be exchanged within 3 days of receiving, free to exchange in size, color, different product or store credit.  

We do not refund in cash, you can only refund in store credits.

Sale items are non-exchangeable.

 Conditions to exchange an item: 

• It shouldn’t be worn or washed
• All Chic Clique tags shouldn’t be removed
• All items should be well taken care of and not ruined in anyway
• A picture of the receipt should be available

Please note that shipping costs are not covered by Chic Clique when sent back.
